A verified account under TixBite is required to start purchasing tickets (and any accompanying items). This is to ensure the authenticity of the transaction (buying and selling on our platform).

It is not common for events to require the name on the ticket to be verified with an ID for entry. Before purchasing tickets, we do recommend that buyers conduct their own research and exercise due diligence to ensure a smooth entry into the premises. Also, please be aware that event organisers decisions will determine how each release will change over time.

Users will receive their tickets online through digital means which they can access from their TixBite accounts. Buyers will receive an email with instructions on how to download their tickets from your account as soon as the payment has been verified and completed.

We have strict policies against selling fraudulent or invalid tickets. If you encounter such an issue, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the matter and process it as per our policies.
